Born in Pennsylvania, Adrienne Zernich grew up with seven physicians in her immediate family so the natural root was to follow in their footsteps. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State Univeristy with a bachelor's degree in nutrition and pre-med.

Zernich knew her true passion was to be creative so she changed course and moved to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a fashion designer. Zernich graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2000. While studying at Parsons, Zernich also completed their summer program in Paris where she attended lectures by Dice Kayek and designers from Christian Dior.

She has been in the fashion industry for 10 years. Her career includes internships at Donna Karan, Michael Kors, and Jill Stuart. Zernich worked for Newport News and has held the position of design director at Esprit, Baby Phat, and Steve Madden. Zernich currently serves as a member on the fashion committee at the National Arts Club and is excited to launch her first women's collection during this September's New York fashion week.
